8 LESSONS TO LEARN FROM NARENDRA MODI

Narendra Modi is not just the Prime Minister of our country. But he has turned out to be a role model for the youth. So, today I would like to share 8 different lessons that I could fetch from Mr. Modi during the Corona Crisis.

  1. Narendra Modi never forgets to appreciate his people, his team, and the people of his country. He always expresses his gratitude for all the support that he receives from the people of India. This teaches us to be appreciative in all our relations say it be personal or professional. Being into the field of HR, I have often observed people being deprived of motivation due to a lack of encouragement. Besides HR is the most discouraged department in any company. Hence, appreciation should be first and foremost expression towards anyone because, without them, things would not have been possible.

  2. After the spread of the Virus from Wuhan, we all saw how Iran and its people took the situation for granted which led to a huge amount of corona affected. Narendra Modi observed this critically and learned not to repeat the same mistake in India. And he immediately started taking precautions for the least spread of the virus by the check-up at the airport and the lockdown.
  3. I have seen many people who wait for the situation to occur or worsen when it comes to taking precautions. I believe such people are either lazy or they don't realize that they can also face uncertainty. Narendra Modi didn't wait for the situation to worsen and he immediately announced the lockdown as soon the virus entered the country. Due to this, India could maintain the frequency of the spread lower in the initial days.
  4. Narendra Modi has always explained his people the reason behind any decision or announcement by directly addressing the people. This has always helped him to earn appropriate support from the people. Because they don't have to blindly follow the rule but they are instead aware of what they doing and why.
  5. Narendra Modi despite any situation or crisis has always taken care of the needy or the poor. Even during the present crisis situation, he has people to come forward in support of the people infected or the poor. He also created his own fund to collect the required money.
  6. Narendra Modi started his journey as a Tea seller. We always see him talking about his experiences of his life before his ministry period. This simply shows that he never forgets the same and takes motivation and ideas considering the same.
  7. Narendra Modi is known to take all his stakeholders together, even the opposition. No doubt, maintaining the confidentiality of certain factors is definitely important but we are well aware of the fact that he always has a rationale behind hiding things. and whenever possible he seeks guidance, suggestions, and advice from the relevant stakeholders as and when needed.
  8. There was a time when Narendra Modi was banned by USA for failing to stop the Muslim Riots. Later the same Prime Minister invited Narendra Modi to the USA and today many countries are following him to save their country from the crisis. This clearly shows how much he believes in the fact of creating the value instead of explaining or showing.
